The burgers were great! Above is the Candied Jalapeño burger with a side of the sun-dried tomato pesto pasta salad. The side was almost better than the burger and that is saying something. This place cooks right next to their bar in a space that is smaller than the kitchen in my house. It was entertaining to watch.

We had a couple different pizzas. Our kiddo enjoyed the cheese pizza and the BBQ brat pizza was different. The BBQ brat pizza was supposed to have caramelized onions, but they were definitely just sauteed and had a unique flavor...they were perhaps sauteed in sherry? The pizzas were well priced and large enough to share with leftovers.

Being with such a large group distracted us from taking proper pictures of the deliciousness. The menu was great. Our kiddo got a quesadilla and really enjoyed it. We also had the shrimp po'boy wrap and the Lee Van Cleef burger. The po'boy was spicy and full of shrimp. The burger had a unique fried taste and was huge and full of toppings. The burger name was a large topic of discussion at the table with about 50% of the people understanding the reference.

We had the Bomb Mi Tacos, Street Corn Bread and Smokehouse Nachos. The tacos were spicy and well balanced. The nachos were huge and the brisket on top was deliciously smokey. That smokiness penetrated even the plain chips underneath all the toppings. (Side note: Smoke flavored tortilla chips should be a thing!)

Pickle Dip! You must get the pickle dip. It is so creamy and tangy and delicious. We also had the Italian Panini which was big enough to share. Of course we forgot to snap a pic of the food. The food here is great, but honestly the staff is what makes this place elite. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind.

We had a fabulous meal here. We started with the Pate, which was yummy but not what we expected. Then we had a burger and the braised pork shoulder, which is what you see pictured above. The pork dinner was outrageously delicious. Our kiddo had a grilled cheese that was too good to serve to a child. Thing to note - all fries are salt and vinegar flavored which was great for us but the little guy didn't love them.
